Preparation with tea pot For
Mizudashicha on hot days use a tea pot with a small amount of hot water ( about
50 ml ). Then add ice cubes and let them melt.
cold days please use warm water ( about 70 degress celsius ) and let the tea bag
steep for about 90 seconds.
"Umami" taste Slower
steeping with 'lukewarm' water results in a tea with a genuine 'umami' taste - the
real green tea flavor.
