tea you might detect
a few lumps. By using a maccha furui you will able to break down all those
lumps and prepare a smooth maccha successfully.
How
to use the maccha furui (tea powder strainer)
1.
Place the needed amount of maccha on the screen.

Use the spatula and gently sift the maccha through the fine mesh. Do not use
excessive force; the mesh is very delicate.

The sifted maccha should look like this.

Use Mizuya Chashaku to insert 2 g ( 2 scoops ) into your maccha bowl. Mizuya

Placed into a black cup, it shows a fresh and appealing green color. Without
